Head Architect Engineer

Stylianie Mattheou, an accomplished Architectural Engineer, graduated with honors from the Technical University of Crete in 2018, holding a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering. Focused on parametric design practices in bioclimatic architecture during her academic years, Stylianie contributed actively as an intern in Chania, Greece, transforming the town into a more bioclimatic and pedestrian-friendly environment, specializing in landscape and park design.

Returning to Cyprus, she successfully completed an internship in Limassol, obtaining the ETEK license and recognition as a licensed Architect Engineer. Her professional journey showcased expertise in projects involving preserved buildings, collaborating closely with the Department of Town Planning and Housing. With international experience across diverse regions, Stylianie’s portfolio spans private residences, commercial buildings, interior designs, cafes, and landscapes.

Certified in Project Management and 3D Visualization Interior, her mission is crafting spaces that resonate with dreams, providing environments for personal growth. Committed to creating homes and buildings as canvases for fulfilling goals, she continuously enhances skills for the effective application of spatial planning laws in real-world scenarios.
